It's hard to tell whether this is a driveway or a sidewalk, so the floor is full of snow.

One vehicle stopped in the middle of the road as if a wheel had fallen out of the snow, and the driver got out of the car and was just staring devastatedly.

The informant said he was surprised to see snow piled up to 50 centimeters high while leaving the house, and explained that the road was slippery enough to move the car without stepping on the accelerator pedal.
