[Weather] The lowest temperature in December...Snow clouds weaken in Seoul afternoon raindrops

This morning (29th) is the coldest weather this fall ahead of December, mainly in the central inland.

By region, the temperature of Anheung Sosari in Hoengseong, Gangwon Province, fell to minus 16.3 degrees Celsius, followed by -5.9 in Daegwallyeong, -4.6 in Jecheon, -3.5 in Paju, and -3.3 in Seoul.

The Korea Meteorological Administration explained that the temperature dropped significantly overnight as the cold went south from the northwest.

Snow clouds, which had been formed around the west coast until morning, are expected to enter southern Gyeonggi Province, Chungcheong inland, and North Gyeongsang Province in the afternoon.

However, as the snow clouds become lighter than expected, less than 0.1mm of rain is expected to fall in Seoul, Incheon, and northern Gyeonggi Province.
