Choo Kyung-ho, floor leader of the People's Power Party, proposed the president's request for reconsideration yesterday (28th), saying that six unconstitutional bad laws passed the National Assembly plenary session led by the opposition party.Floor leader

Choo said at the floor meeting that the National Assembly Act's amendment to the "Abolition of the automatic budget bill" passed yesterday is a "budget-stimulating law" that blatantly ignores the deadline for the budget bill to be passed in the Constitution.

The "Amendment to the Testimony Appraisal Act" then emphasized the need for reconsideration, saying that it would greatly expand the scope of the right to accompany the order, violating the basic rights of the people under the constitution, and that the four agricultural laws would cause an oversupply of rice and instability in the supply and demand of agricultural products, eventually ruining agriculture.

He announced that he would respond strongly to the revision of the rules of the permanent special prosecution, which is not subject to the exercise of the president's right to request reconsideration, by using all legal means, including a power dispute trial and a constitutional petition.
