At around 11:40 a.m. today (30th), a moving ladder truck collapsed in an apartment in Yeongcheon-dong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, hitting a playground in the complex.No one was injured in the accident in

A citizen who witnessed the accident explained to YTN that after moving all the luggage, the ladder car continued to go up, not down, and fell without holding out.
