An official from Chairman Woo's side told YTN that the Democratic Party is trying to determine whether it is really willing to pass the budget bill that only reflects the "reduction" opinion at the plenary session and whether the ruling party is trying to fight it with an extra budget.
Chairman Woo then explained that he will also try to consider whether the opposition party's sole budget bill should be handled at the plenary session tomorrow.
It is also intended to narrow differences between the ruling and opposition parties over the budget bill, and a National Assembly official said major tax law amendments such as a moratorium on virtual asset taxation and easing inheritance tax are expected to take place.
However, floor leader Choo Kyung-ho's side is known to be negative about Chairman Woo's dinner.
