Suwon Seobu Police Station in Gyeonggi Province is investigating 39 people, including Vietnamese A, on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act and the Immigration Control Act.
Police obtained information that drugs were in circulation and conducted a joint crackdown with the Suwon Immigration Office early yesterday (1st) at a Vietnamese-only club in Paldal-gu, Suwon.
Police checked the personal information of about 80 guests and 10 employees at the scene, and found about 10 drug users through a simple reagent test, which detected methamphetamine and ecstasy.
A total of 255 people, including 220 police officers and 30 foreigners' offices, were involved in the joint crackdown.
