According to Real Today, a research firm specializing in real estate, the number of subscribers to the Seoul metropolitan area from January 1st to 27th last month was 1.103 million.

Compared to 415,000 in 2022 and 572,000 last year, it is up to 2.6 times higher.

As a result, this year's subscription competition ratio was also 20.5 to 1, higher than 15.2 to 1 in 2022 or 9.6 to 1 in 2023.

On the other hand, the number of local subscribers was 392,920 this year, up from 318,862 last year, but down 23% from 511,210 in 2022.
