[Gyeonggi] Opening of Dongducheon Child Care Center, Gyeonggi-do Province's No. 1 project to repair vacant houses

Gyeonggi-do Province opened a child care center in Dongducheon, the first model for the use of empty houses in Gyeonggi-do Province.

The Gyeonggi-do-type vacant house maintenance pilot project was built as an integrated child care center by purchasing two vacant houses in Saengyeon-dong, Dongducheon-si, through the investment method of the Gyeonggi Housing City Corporation.

The newly opened Child Care Center won the grand prize in the first vacant house utilization idea contest hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in 2021.It has a land area of 598㎡ and a total floor area of 872㎡ on the first basement floor of

As the second project of Gyeonggi-do-type vacant house maintenance, the construction of rental housing in Pyeongtaek is being promoted.
