The prosecution investigating the suspicion of intervening in the nomination is expected to indict Myung Tae-kyun and former lawmaker Kim Young-sun, the key figures in the suspicion, tomorrow (3rd).

The prosecution will first indict Myung Tae-kyun and former lawmaker Kim Young-sun on charges of violating the Political Fund Act by meeting the arrest deadline.

The prosecution summoned Myung a day before the indictment.

The prosecution, which wrapped up the investigation into the Political Fund Act, focused on the "suspected public opinion investigation."

In the meantime, Myung's lawyer conveyed his position on the memorandum released by the Democratic Party of Korea.
