The Gyeongbuk basic organizations that participated in the agreement are 16 local governments, including Gyeongsan and Yeongcheon, which use the existing Daegu-type elderly free ride system, Pohang, Gyeongju, and Gimcheon.
It is expected that 14 new basic organizations that use the free ride system for senior citizens can reduce system development costs by 6 billion won, and that 17 local governments can save 1.6 billion won a year by jointly operating the system.
