If a customer changes his or her mind by placing food or drink in a disposable product to buy to go, there will be a plan not to impose a fine on the store owner.

The Ministry of Environment will revise the regulatory business handling guidelines for disposable products to establish a new regulation that does not impose a fine for using disposable products in stores due to customer change of mind.

Disposable items currently banned from food establishments include plastic cups, straws, rods, plates, cutlery, forks, and knives.
