Kim, the third generation of Byeoksan Group, who is suspected of drug driving during the probation period, was handed over to the prosecution.

The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul sent Kim without detention on charges of drug driving under the Road Traffic Act at the end of last month.

Kim is suspected of causing two traffic accidents in July while taking psychotropic drugs near Eonju Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

After the first accident, Kim refused to comply with the police's simple reagent test and was arrested by the police for the second accident while driving again.

As a result of the subsequent simple reagent test, Kim was found to have tested positive.

The police sent Kim in October, but at the request of the prosecution, they conducted a supplementary investigation once and sent him again without detention.

Earlier, Kim was handed over to trial on charges of taking drugs while staying abroad and was sentenced to one year in prison and two years of probation in the second trial in October last year.
