It was around 7:40 a.m. when a dump truck driven by a man in his 60s caused an accident on a downhill road in Tongyeong, Gyeongsangnam-do.

Thirteen of the 20 people, including the driver and passenger in the accident, were taken to the hospital complaining of head and neck pain, but fortunately, no one was seriously injured.
