The three progressive parties held a press conference in front of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office today (4th) and announced that they would file complaints against President Yoon, Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun and Army Chief of Staff Park An-soo.
They claimed that there was a charge of rebellion against President Yoon and others, saying that the constitution did not have any requirements for emergency martial law, and that even Prime Minister Han Deok-soo did not know the process of declaring martial law.
He then urged that anyone who disturbed the national constitution should be punished for rebellion without exception, and that the departure ban and arrest of President Yoon and others should be made.
