The People's Power criticized Lee Jae-myung, the leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, as confessing to the public that if they do not receive a notice of receipt of litigation records again this time, they will deliberately delay the trial.

Joo Jin-woo, chairman of the party's legal advisory committee, pointed out in a notice that the court's resending of the notice to Lee in two days is a warning that the "document receipt method" no longer works.

According to the law, Lee's appeal for violation of the Public Official Election Act should be sentenced within three months, he said, suggesting that there is a way to appoint a public defender and notify him there.
