President Yoon Suk Yeol broke the chipping point and came to the president's office to announce a public statement, denying the charge of rebellion and declaring that he would confront the investigation and impeachment head on.

He emphasized that the declaration of emergency martial law was done because of the opposition party, and that it was the president's legal authority and act of governance.
