President Yoon Suk Yeol issued a public statement in five days, stressing that he would fight impeachment and investigation, saying that declaring emergency martial law is a governing act that is not subject to judicial review.President

Yoon denied the charge of rebellion yesterday (12th) in a 29-minute recorded video titled 'Words to the People', saying that there is no such thing as a two-hour civil war.

He also said the president's declaration of emergency martial law is a constitutional decision and an act of governance and is not subject to judicial review such as the exercise of amnesty and diplomatic power.

He then said he would stand up to it proudly, whether he impeached or investigated himself, and reiterated that he would not avoid legal and political responsibility in connection with the declaration of martial law.President

Yoon pointed out that the opposition party is trying to bring him down from the presidency by performing a frantic sword dance and driving him as a felon, saying declaring emergency martial law constitutes a rebellion.

He added that he ordered the defense minister to inspect the election commission's computer systems, citing the election commission's information leakage and the stability of the computer system.President

Yoon said he would fight until the last minute, and asked the people to apologize once again for surprising and disturbing him by martial law and to trust his loyalty.
