At the Incheon subway line No. 1, the fire...a non-stop passage

Yesterday (12th) at around 9 a.m., a fire broke out at the operational station of Incheon Subway Line 1, causing inconvenience to citizens on their way to work.

The fire department issued the first stage of response, an alert order in which all the fire department personnel in charge were dispatched, and put out the fire in about 30 minutes.

No one was injured in the fire, but the train passed through the station without stopping for more than an hour to take out the smoke.

Fire authorities plan to investigate the exact cause of the fire and the extent of the damage based on witnesses' reports that the fire broke out in the air conditioning room.
