A club DJ who hit and killed a motorcycle delivery man while driving under the influence of alcohol has been sentenced to prison.

The Supreme Court recently confirmed the lower court's sentence of eight years in prison for Ahn, a woman in her 20s who is charged with dangerous driving death under the Specific Crime Weighted Act.

Ahn is accused of hitting and killing a motorcycle delivery man in his 50s while driving a Mercedes-Benz vehicle in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam, in February while drunk at the level of license cancellation.

Ahn violated the central line on the day of the incident, hit another vehicle, and hit A while running away.

Earlier, the first trial sentenced Ahn to 10 years in prison, but the second trial reduced the sentence to 8 years in prison in consideration of the additional agreement with the victim.
