The Democratic Party of Korea raised suspicions that President Yoon Suk Yeol is believed to have set up a martial law command and plotted the second martial law even after the National Assembly passed a request to lift martial law in the early morning of the 4th.

The Democratic Party's civil war fact-finding team issued a press release and said 14 Army headquarters general-level officers and 20 military officials were confirmed to have been on a bus to Yongsan at 3 a.m. on the 4th.

He then argued that the positions of the staff on the bus are 90% consistent with the martial law command schedule under the 2017 DSC martial law document, and that they can be viewed as martial law command staff.

At the same time, he stressed that it is necessary to thoroughly investigate whether bus passengers knew the emergency martial law in advance and how they got on the bus.

In a press conference in front of the presidential office in Yongsan, the investigation team also urged the presidential office and the security office to stop protecting the "insurrection mob" and cooperate fully with the investigation.
