Of the four taxi crashes in Yecheon, North Gyeongsang Province, Gyeongsang...Songpa and Gimcheon fires in succession

Four people were injured when a taxi driving on the road hit a large crane and caught fire in Yecheon, Gyeongsangbuk-do.

No one was injured in a fire at the buildings in Munjeong-dong, Seoul, and Gimcheon, Gyeongbuk, but several people were evacuated.

Firefighters are busy moving around taxis with severely dented front part of the vehicle.

Emergency measures are also in full swing for passengers lying on the road.

A taxi driving on a four-lane road in Yonggung-myeon, Yecheon-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, hit a large crane parked on the second lane.Four people, including a driver and a passenger, were injured in the
accident and taken to the hospital with large and small injuries.

[Firefighter: It's not like you're unconscious because of a fracture or something like that]The impact of the

accident set the taxi on fire, and it was extinguished in about 20 minutes after carrying all the vehicles.

Police and fire departments are investigating the exact cause of the accident, believing that the taxi failed to find the crane, which was stopped in the second lane due to a breakdown.

In Munjeong-dong, Seoul, a fire broke out on the first floor of a 17-story building.

Twenty-four people inside the building were rescued at the time of the fire, and 350 people evacuated themselves.

The fire authorities once issued the first stage of response and put in 48 equipment and 197 personnel to put out all the fires in about two hours.

Kolon Life Sciences' Gimcheon Plant 2 in Eomo-myeon, Gimcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, also caught fire.

One employee inhaled smoke from the fire and seven evacuated themselves.

The fire department, which issued the first stage of response and put out the large fire in five hours and 20 minutes, plans to investigate the exact extent of the damage and the cause of the fire as soon as it extinguishes all the fire.

The 11th high-pathogenic avian influenza and African swine fever occurred this year at chicken farms in Cheongyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and pig farms in Yangju, Gyeonggi-do, respectively.

Quarantine authorities buried chickens and pigs raised on the two farms and ordered the temporary suspension of movement of workers and vehicles at related facilities in the neighboring area.
