It has been confirmed that the request for attendance to President Yoon Suk Yeol, sent by the Joint Investigation Headquarters, which is joined by the police and the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, has not been delivered.

According to the post office system, the request for attendance to the president's office is "undelivered" and the request for attendance to the president's residence has been returned as "rejected".

However, the agency said it did not know who refused to receive the mail.

Earlier, the government issued a notice to President Yoon to attend the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit at the Gwacheon Government Complex at 10 a.m. tomorrow (18th).

The government's office yesterday tried to deliver a request for attendance to the presidential office and the official residence, but it said there was no problem as it was sent by express registration.

However, as mail delivery failed due to refusal to receive it, the Korea Communications Standards Agency is reportedly discussing a second request for attendance.

Yes, the police emergency martial law special investigation team applied for an arrest warrant for former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won on charges of rebellion and other charges. It is said that former commander Roh

confirmed the situation in which he discussed martial law in advance with former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun and intelligence officials.Former commander Roh

is suspected of being a key figure in planning the civil war, including drafting a decree and being involved in the deployment of intelligence agents to the NEC immediately after martial law.

In this regard, the police have also secured statements from the intelligence officer colonel involved in mobilizing troops before urgently arresting former commander Roh and intelligence commander Moon Sang-ho on the 15th.

On top of that, former commander Roh believes that he may destroy evidence and has set out to secure new recruits.

Earlier, the prosecution rejected the emergency arrest of Commander Moon, an incumbent soldier, saying that the military has jurisdiction, but the police are speeding up the case by transferring the case to the airborne office to expedite the handling of the recruits.
