The People's Power urged Acting President and Prime Minister Han Deok-soo to exercise his right to demand reconsideration on the National Assembly Testimony Appraisal Act and the revision of the Grain Management Act, which were enforced by the opposition party.

Kim Sang-hoon, chairman of the policy committee, said in a floor meeting, "The Testimony Appraisal Act is a legislative tyranny that calls businessmen to the National Assembly at any time to submit trade secrets and personal information at random."

Deputy floor leader Park Hyung-soo said, "The revision of the four agricultural laws, including the Grain Management Act, can harm the market economy and the self-sustainability of the rice industry and damage the national financial soundness," and pointed out that Han already mentioned the problems of the bill in his speech to the public in March last year.

Rep. Yoo Sang-beom, secretary of the ruling party's judiciary committee, said the Democratic Party of Korea urged Han to appoint a constitutional judge to proceed with the impeachment trial of President Yoon, but insisted that the right to demand reconsideration should not be exercised, claiming that it is a double standard as well as an internal fire for representative Lee Jae-myung's bulletproof body.
