Next year, the official price of the national standard detached house will rise 1.96% from this year, and the official price of the standard land will rise 2.93% from this year.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said it will disclose the official prices of standard land and standard housing as of January 1 next year and receive owner opinions.

The standard land is 600,000 parcels out of 35.59 million parcels nationwide, and the standard housing is a sample based on the government's judgment that it is representative of 250,000 households out of 4.8 million households nationwide.

The realization rate applied by the government next year was 53.6% for standard housing and 65.5% for standard land, the same as in 2020.

As a result, the official price of standard detached houses rose the most by 2.86%, followed by Gyeonggi and Incheon.

In Seoul, Yongsan-gu had the highest increase in standard single-family housing prices at 3.7%, followed by Gangnam-gu and Seongdong-gu.

However, out of 17 cities and provinces nationwide, Jeju's standard single-family house official price has fallen.

The place with the largest increase in the official land price of the standard land next year was Seoul, which recorded 3.92% followed by Gyeonggi and Daejeon.

Like standard housing, Jeju alone's standard official land price fell among 17 cities and provinces nationwide.

The period of reading and listening to opinions of standard land and standard housing disclosures will be until January 7th next year, and will be announced on January 24th next year after deliberation by the Central Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.

The published prices of standard apartments such as apartments, row houses, and villas will be released in March next year.
