According to next year's official land price of standard housing and standard land announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the official price of Lee Myung-hee's home next year was 29.72 billion won, up 4% from this year.
The second-largest standard single-family house price is DL Group Chairman Lee Hae-wook's house in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, with 19.2 billion won.
The third place is Seung Jiwon, the Samsung Group guesthouse owned by the Samsung Group Hoam Foundation in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, with 17.9 billion won.
The ranking of the top 10 single-family houses in the official price has remained unchanged for a year, but 7 out of 10 houses are in Yongsan-gu, 2 in Gangnam-gu, and 1 in Seocho-gu.
In the case of standard land, the official land price of Nature Republic site in Chungmuro 1-ga, Jung-gu, Seoul, is the highest at 180.5 million won per square meter, up 2.9% from this year.
Myeong-dong 2 was followed by Woori Bank's site, and the third was the former Uniqlo site in Chungmuro 2-ga.
