It has been found that the special investigation headquarters of the prosecution's emergency martial law recently summoned Unification Minister Kim Young-ho as a reference to investigate.

Prosecutors are said to have investigated the timing of Minister Kim's recognition of the declaration of emergency martial law and why he missed the Cabinet meeting at the time of martial law's lifting.

Minister Kim is one of the 11 members of the State Council who attended the cabinet meeting held before the declaration of the emergency martial law, but he was found to have missed the cabinet meeting to discuss the lifting of martial law at dawn the next day.

Earlier, the prosecution also summoned Cho Kyu-hong, the Minister of Health and Welfare, a member of the State Council, on the 12th and completed the investigation.
