The Prosecution's Special Investigation Headquarters, which investigates the emergency martial law incident, raided the National Police Agency's National Investigation Headquarters, which is in the midst of the same investigation.
This is to confirm the suspicion that the police were mobilized to the National Assembly's arrest team at the request of the Defense Security Command when martial law was declared on the 3rd.
In particular, the prosecution also confiscated mobile phones of the National Investigation Headquarters, including Woo Jong-soo and Yoon Seung-young, the investigation planning coordinator.
The prosecution also raided the Yeongdeungpo Police Station, which sent the list of detectives of the arrest team to Kook Soo-bon, and secured the chief's mobile phone.
In this regard, the police explained that it was true that they provided a list of about 10 violent detectives to the counterintelligence agency at the time, but they were not put into actual operations.
He also protested that he was very sorry to confiscate the reference person's cell phone at a time when the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit and the Joint Investigation Headquarters were set up for emergency martial law investigation.
Prosecutors also raided the Defense Ministry's investigation headquarters in connection with allegations that it was put into a parliamentary blockade at the request of former counterintelligence commander Yeo In-hyeong.
The prosecution's special investigation team is launching a forced investigation into the military investigation headquarters as well as the police command, which is speeding up the investigation of emergency martial law with the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, and there are predictions that the prosecution-police conflict will flare up again.
