"Lee Sun-kyun's intimidation" appeals to prison in the first trial of the head of the entertainment establishment.

The head of the entertainment establishment, who was sentenced to prison for threatening actor Lee Sun-kyun and extorting 300 million won, appealed against the first trial's ruling.

The Incheon District Court received an appeal on the same day from A, the head of an entertainment establishment in his 30s, who was indicted on charges of blackmail and other charges and sentenced to three and a half years in prison yesterday (19th).

Mr. A is known to be in the position that the conviction of the first trial cannot be accepted by misunderstanding the legal principles.

However, B, a former movie star who was sentenced to four years and two months in prison on the same charges, has not yet appealed.

The prosecution is actively considering the appeal because the sentence is less than the seven-year prison sentence it demanded for the two.

Earlier in September last year, A was put on trial on charges of stealing 300 million won from Lee, saying that his mobile phone was hacked and threatened, but he needed money to cover his mouth.

According to the investigation, the hacker was B, who usually lived in the same apartment as A and was close to him.
