Colonel Jeong of the Intelligence Command, who is accused of pre-mocking emergency martial law at the so-called "hamburger meeting," has admitted his wrongdoing and apologized.

He also admitted to discussing how to control employees using cable ties after occupying the NEC.

In an apology released by lawyer Kim Kyung-ho, who advised the law, Colonel Chung said he would like to offer a sincere apology for his misjudgment and actions as the commander of the people's army.
