Except for the east coast, the areas of Gangwon-do, northeastern Gyeonggi-do, and northern Chungcheongbuk-do are in effect at 9 p.m. tonight.

In this region, overnight temperatures are expected to drop by more than 10 degrees from today, and tomorrow, the lowest temperature is expected to be below minus 12 degrees Celsius.
