Yes. With the cold wind getting stronger, Seoul is now back below zero, but this place is full of citizens who welcome the cold while skating.

The wind chill reaches minus 5 degrees Celsius and is colder than in the morning, but citizens are overcoming the cold by wearing warm goods such as gloves and scarves.

Tomorrow, the morning temperature in Seoul will drop to minus 6 degrees Celsius and the wind chill will drop to minus 11 degrees Celsius, and this winter will be the coldest day.

As the temperature drops quickly as the sun goes down, if you go out for a long time today, please dress up for the cold.

Unlike Seoul, where only clouds pass, scattered snow falls inland.

Snowfall has weakened a lot than in the morning, but heavy snow warnings are still being maintained in northeastern Jeollabuk-do, Chilgok, Gyeongbuk, and Jeju mountains.

Snow will mostly stop in the afternoon, and the west coast of Jeollabuk-do will continue until evening, the west coast of Jeollanam-do will continue until tomorrow morning, and Jeju Island will continue until tomorrow afternoon.

The expected snowfall will be up to 15cm in Jeju Island, up to 8cm in Honam, and up to 5cm in Yeongseo, Gangwon Province.

It is easy to create icy roads on the road as the snow in the cold freezes, so please pay attention to sliding accidents.

We also need to be careful about ultrafine dust today.

Currently, the concentration of ultrafine dust in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, has soared to 61 micrograms amid murky air around the Midwest.

Incheon Geomdan is 66 micrograms and Songsan-myeon, Dangjin, Chungcheongnam-do is 58 micrograms, which is double the usual level.

In addition, the concentration of ultrafine dust will be bad throughout the day in the central and northern parts of North Chungcheong Province,

Chungnam and North Gyeongsang Province will temporarily show a 'bad' stage only in the afternoon.

As the cold wind pushes in strongly overnight, the ultrafine dust will gradually clear up, and the air will be clean tomorrow.

However, due to the cold wind, tomorrow, the holiday, will be much colder than today.

While temperatures are expected to drop significantly overnight, cold wave warnings have been issued around Gangwon Province, excluding northeastern Gyeonggi Province, northern North Chungcheong Province, and the east coast.

In particular, the temperature in Seoul will plummet to minus 6 degrees Celsius tomorrow morning, and the wind chill will reach minus 11 degrees Celsius.

Also, Chuncheon is minus 12 degrees and Daegu is minus 4 degrees, which is as low as 4 to 7 degrees lower than today.

Daytime temperatures will be similar to today's, but the wind chill will make the temperature feel 4 to 5 degrees lower than the actual temperature, so it will stay below zero.

1 degree in Seoul and 6 degrees in Daegu are expected.

Next week, it will be around minus 5 degrees Celsius in the morning, continuing winter weather at this time of year, and it will be difficult to expect a white Christmas for the upcoming Christmas.

Currently, wind and wind warnings have been issued for most of the seas, and strong winds have been issued for the west coast, the east coast of Gyeongbuk, and Jeju Island.
