NEC allows 'civil war accomplice' banner of ruling party lawmaker...I don't want to say "No to Lee Jae Myung."

The National Election Commission allowed the posting of a banner expressing Rep. Jeong Yeon-wook, a member of the People's Power, as an accomplice in a civil war, and judged that it was impossible for Rep. Chung to post a banner saying, "Still, Lee Jae-myung can't do it."

The NEC said the judgment has changed over whether the banner corresponds to a "pre-election campaign" aimed at winning or losing a specific candidate.

He then explained that the prohibition of the expression "no" for those who are classified as candidates in the face of the possibility of early presidential election applies equally to former representative Han Dong-hoon and Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon.

However, he added that "civilian accomplices" are political slogans and claims, so even if banners such as "Lee Jae-myung's arrest" or "Lee Jae-myung's prison go to various rallies, they are allowed to not be restricted.

Earlier, from the 11th, the Cho Kuk Innovation Party hung a banner in Chung's constituency saying, "Jeong Yeon-wook, who did not attend the impeachment of the Yoon Suk Yeol, also committed a rebellion."

Lawmaker Chung tried to put up a banner saying, "Still not Lee Jae-myung," in response, but received an answer from the NEC that he could not post it.
