The special investigation headquarters of the prosecution's emergency martial law recently summoned Director Cho as a reference.
The prosecution reportedly asked Cho whether he discussed martial law separately from President Yoon before the Cabinet meeting and whether he knew about the activities of the "major figure arrest team."
The prosecution is investigating not only Director Cho but also a member of the State Council who attended a preliminary cabinet meeting before declaring martial law on the 3rd.
The prosecution also summoned former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun, who was arrested on charges of engaging in an important mission of rebellion, again at around 2 p.m. today (22nd).
As the arrest deadline for former Minister Kim ends on the 28th, the prosecution's investigation will continue next week.
