On the 17th, the Constitutional Court asked the President of Yoon Suk Yeol and the National Assembly to submit a proof plan and a list of evidence.
The deadline was set a day before Christmas, but President Yoon did not respond.

As evidence, attachments to the impeachment resolution and the declaration of the martial law commander were submitted.
The National Assembly plans to prove the need for impeachment by securing an arrest warrant bill and a newspaper report from former intelligence commander Moon Sang-ho and former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun.
The Constitutional Court will hold a meeting of judges on the 26th, a day before President Yoon's first hearing preparation date.

Yoon refused to serve the documents and did not submit them, saying the "six-member system" constitutional court was incomplete.
However, the Constitutional Court reaffirmed that both hearings and arguments are possible with a six-member system.
