People's Power, to Participate in the Special Committee on National Assistance in the martial law situation

The People's Power will participate in a special committee on the parliamentary investigation of martial law.

Floor leader Kwon Sung-dong told reporters after the general meeting of lawmakers that it has not been confirmed yet, but he will submit the list of members today (24th) with the consent of lawmakers.

Earlier, National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik decided to conduct a parliamentary investigation under the authority of the chairman in response to President Yoon Suk Yeol's declaration of emergency martial law, and asked the ruling and opposition parties to submit a list of members participating in the parliamentary investigation by the 20th.

The Democratic Party of Korea has submitted a list of members to Woo, with Ahn Kyu-baek as its chairman and Han Byung-do as its secretary.
