Yes, the Constitutional Court.

The meeting of the Constitutional Court justices was held in the morning, right?

[Reporter]
Yes, the Constitutional Judge's Council was held from 10 a.m., and it is likely that they discussed the impeachment proceedings because it is a day before the preparation date for President Yoon's defense.

I think we can see what stories came and went through the 2 p.m. briefing.

The Constitutional Court believes there will be no problem in proceeding with the first hearing preparation date tomorrow.

Earlier, President Yoon continued to refuse to receive documents related to the impeachment trial, but the Constitutional Court considered it to have been served.

The problem is that President Yoon's side is likely to be absent because he insists that it takes time to prepare, such as that the lawyers are not completed.

In this regard, Constitutional Judge Kim Hyung-doo said that if one of them is absent on the way to work today, the trial cannot proceed.
Judge
said he would make another date if he needed more preparation procedures after making a proper judgment.

The Constitutional Court will start preparing for the trial without the number of judges yet, right?

[Reporter]
Yes, it is unclear whether the composition of the nine-member Constitutional Court will be completed within this year.

There are concerns that the Constitutional Court's hearing will remain idle, and usually after two or three preparatory days, a full-fledged defense will begin.

Therefore, three constitutional judges in the National Assembly should be appointed as soon as possible, but the ruling and opposition parties continue to be at odds over the right to appoint acting President Han Deok-soo.

President Yoon, who said he would prioritize the impeachment trial over the investigation, also said there is a controversial factor in whether the hearing is possible under the six-member system.

We will have to wait and see whether we will postpone the trial process one after another or attend tomorrow as we have said we will fulfill our legal responsibilities.

So far, I'm YTN Kwon Junsu at the Constitutional Court.
