The New York stock market closed mixed with three trading days left until the end of the year closing, with trading days shorter and trading volumes reduced this week due to the Christmas holiday.

On the New York Stock Exchange, some profit-taking sales appeared to have started lower and then turned higher, but there was a lack of hindsight.

At the close of the session on the New York Stock Exchange, the blue-chip group Dow Jones 30 Industrial Average rose 0.07% to 43,325.8.

The benchmark S&P 500 closed 0.04% lower than the previous session at 6,037.59 and the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite closed 0.05% lower at 20,020.36.

In the meantime, Apple, the No. 1 company in market capitalization, broke its all-time record again and is on the verge of $4 trillion in market capitalization.
