Deputy Prime Minister for Economy Choi Sang-mok will start his schedule as acting president, as the acting prime minister Han Deok-soo is suspended due to the approval of the National Assembly's impeachment.

The Ministry of Strategy and Finance said Deputy Prime Minister Choi Sang-mok will meet with Prime Minister Han Duck-soo and talk to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on security and security before giving written instructions to the ministers of foreign affairs, defense and public affairs.

If it is converted to an acting president system, Choi will hold a national security council meeting at 6:30 p.m. after the announcement of a written public statement.

The Ministry of Economy and Finance explained that if the original copy of the National Assembly's impeachment resolution reaches the Constitutional Court and the copy is delivered to the Prime Minister, it will be converted to an acting system.
