The investigation team said at a press conference at the National Assembly that former Minister Kim had received a report that he had handed over the order of operational missions and dispatched personnel to Oh Young-dae, the Ministry of National Defense's personnel planning officer, after the martial law proclamation was issued at 11 p.m. on the 3rd.
The operational mission order then explained that "the second head of the investigation of the old three times was located in the 100th brigade of intelligence by midnight on December 3rd," and that military police personnel, vehicles, and handcuffs should gather at the military police unit of the Army Capital Defense Command by 8 a.m. on the 4th.
The investigation team suspected that the plan was to distribute lawmakers locked up in the B1 bunker using military police, buses and arrest tools to other detention facilities.
