North Korea has highlighted its achievements in flood recovery ahead of the year-end Labor Party plenary session.

The Rodong Sinmun, the official newspaper of the Labor Party, said on its front page today (28th) that the flood-stricken areas of North Pyongan Province, Jagang Province, and Yanggang Province, which were the names of disasters only a few months ago, are now the most dazzling places to live.

In addition, he introduced recovery achievements such as housing construction, repair work, and embankment work of the Yalu River, and reported that a strange greenhouse sea will soon unfold in Wihwado Island and Dajido Island, and a political and cultural living base will be established.
