Yes, another large-scale rally will be held over the weekend to demand the immediate resignation of President Yoon Suk Yeol.

The emergency action of the resignation of the Yoon Suk Yeol, led by the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions and civic groups, reported to the police that a 50,000-person rally will be held at Gwanghwamun's concurrent pavilion from 4 p.m. today.

They claimed that two weeks have passed since the impeachment motion was passed, but the investigation and impeachment proceedings against President Yoon, who is suspected of being the head of a rebellion, are being delayed due to various obstruction.

He then stressed the need for an immediate arrest of President Yoon.

The emergency action will hold a large-scale rally at Gyeongbokgung Palace and march through the city center, including the Constitutional Court and Myeong-dong.

The civic group Candlelight Action, which has continued to insist on President Yoon's resignation, also decided to join the emergency action march mentioned earlier after holding a candlelight culture festival around the Constitutional Court at 2 p.m. to call for President Yoon's immediate dismissal.

There will also be a counter-rally.

Conservative groups, including the Liberty Korea Party, will hold a large rally in front of the Donghwa Duty Free Shop in Gwanghwamun from 1 p.m.

They plan to call for the protection of President Yoon, saying that impeachment is invalid because the emergency martial law itself is legal.

Police explained that simultaneous rallies could cause traffic congestion throughout the city.

About 160 traffic police officers will be deployed to manage communication such as vehicle detours.

In particular, severe congestion is expected around the assembly sites such as Sejong-daero, Sajik-ro, and Yulgok-ro, police said, asking people to use public transportation such as subways if possible, and check traffic information in advance if they are forced to use vehicles.
