The notebook of former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won, who is suspected of being involved in martial law in the so-called secret election, is drawing attention.

The prosecution is now looking into whether it can be the basis for preliminary conspiracy.

The handwritten notebook found in the fact that it was operated by former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won is about 60 pages long.

Police investigations have found traces that can be presumed to be martial law plans, such as "blockade of the National Assembly" and "inducing North Korea's attacks."

Politicians were written as targets for collection, and even the expression "killing" was included.

However, Roh refused to make a statement, leaving no clear link between the contents of the notebook and the martial law crisis.In other words, it is difficult to determine whether the memo of former commander Roh

came out in the process of actually discussing the plan or simply writing down his thoughts.

The role of the notebook in the martial law crisis was revealed through a prosecution investigation, and the atmosphere of a careful approach is read.

Unlike the 'Ahn Jong-beom's Notebook' in the state affairs manipulation case, the timing and background of the preparation are not clearly revealed.
This is because it is virtually difficult to find out how the contents of the
notebook are linked to the main suspects.

Former Minister Kim Yong-hyun also said he had a relationship with former commander Roh Sang-won and asked for advice, but he drew a line that it was not related to the incident.
