We are also interested in when the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, which has obtained an arrest warrant for President Yoon, will execute the warrant.

The possibility of conflict with security agencies and supporters and President Yoon's request for an injunction to suspend the validity of the warrant are expected to be variables in determining the timing of execution of the warrant.

The validity of the Yoon Suk Yeol Presidential Arrest Warrant is until January 6.

As an arrest warrant was issued for the president for the first time in constitutional history, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit is also cautious about the timing and method of execution.

The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit requested an arrest warrant, saying that President Yoon was uncooperative in the investigation and had considerable reasons to suspect that he had committed a crime, including not responding to all three requests for attendance.

As such, I am interested in whether to try to arrest President Yoon immediately, but the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit explained that it is still at the stage of thinking about the timing.

Considering the possibility of a conflict with the security office protecting the official residence, the possibility of executing the warrant is also mentioned if he does not respond after notifying his attendance once more.
The
Joint Chiefs of Staff stressed that execution is a principle as long as an arrest warrant has been issued.

As such, he said he is expected to prepare for a conflict with the security service, but he will send a warning letter to the security service saying that if he blocks the execution of the warrant, he can be punished for obstructing the execution of public affairs.

An official from the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit said, "I don't think it's an impossible problem to ask for support from the police task force."

When asked if he would coordinate the schedule with the security service when executing the arrest warrant, he showed a tough attitude, saying that he usually does not do so, and that he did not know if it was necessary to coordinate in advance.

If President Yoon is actually arrested, he is expected to be investigated by the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit at the Gwacheon Government Complex and then detained in Seoul Detention Center.

Preparation for this and preparation for the event of a crowd of supporters in front of the residence can also take time.

In addition, President Yoon's request for an injunction to suspend the effectiveness of the arrest warrant to the Constitutional Court is expected to be a variable in considering the timing of the warrant execution.
