In a phone call with YTN, Woo's official said he is strongly considering a power dispute trial as early as this week, as it is clear that the right to select a constitutional judge for the National Assembly has been violated.
The official explained that three out of nine constitutional judges are up to the National Assembly, and they have the National Assembly's right to participate in the constitutional court's formation, which has been violated.
Chairman Woo is expected to announce his position through a press conference soon.
