A 67-year-old A, who was killed in a Jeju Air plane accident at a funeral home in Gwangju Metropolitan City at around 6:30 this morning, was buried in Seonyeong after a foot ceremony.
Mr. A, who runs a travel agency, is known to have been devastated on his way to Thailand to guide customers.
At 1:30 p.m. today, there will be a funeral for a Thai woman in her 40s who was defecated while visiting her hometown.
At the request of the bereaved families, Gwangju Metropolitan City will set up a separate resting room at Yeongrak Park in Gwangju to prevent the victims of the disaster from being scattered.
Of the 179 people killed in the Jeju Air plane crash, 24 bodies were delivered to the bereaved families by yesterday.
