After the issuance of arrest warrants, Yoon's supporters' rallies became more active.
It is predicted that an arrest warrant for President Yoon Suk Yeol will be executed as early as today (2nd).
Police are also gathering around the scene, with citizens who support or oppose the impeachment of President Yoon staying near the presidential residence.

How's the situation on the ground?
[Reporter]
Yes, the rally has not begun yet, but some pro-impeachment citizens are facing each other with an alley in between.
The citizens who stand right behind me are in favor of impeaching President Yoon Suk Yeol.
After a short walk through the fence-built alley, citizens who support the president are also watching the residence with Taegeukgi and the American flag.
The rally near the Hannam-dong residence here has continued since the impeachment motion against President Yoon passed the National Assembly.
As the court issued an arrest warrant and a search warrant for President Yoon, who is suspected of being the head of a rebellion, the movement against impeachment has intensified.

Yesterday, President Yoon issued a message of encouragement to rally his supporters, right?
[Reporter]
Yes, the president thanked him for coming out to protect the constitutional order of liberal democracy in the cold weather in his personally signed New Year's greeting yesterday.
It was about the fact that the Republic of Korea is in danger now due to the reaction of anti-state forces and that he will fight to the end to protect this country.
Supporters who received the text continued to rally until the middle of the night in an encouraging atmosphere, and the supporter who met with the reporters said it was a very good thing to send the letter and that he was encouraged.
On the other hand, opposition parties criticized President Yoon for inciting extreme clashes.
At 2 p.m. today, a press conference for emergency action is scheduled in front of the residence to urge the arrest of President Yoon.Amid observations that the execution of an arrest warrant for President
Yoon is imminent, tension is rising here.

Do you see any signs of warrant execution?
[Reporter]
Our reporters have been here since around 7 a.m., but there is no movement of investigators to execute the warrant yet.
Although it does not block reporters from approaching the main gate, security is tight, with police task force buses and several small buses arriving in front of the main gate of the official residence.
Police officers at the scene are also keeping their seats and preparing for possible disturbances or clashes.
The Presidential Security Service maintains its existing position that "protection measures" will be taken in accordance with due process in relation to the execution of warrants.
As the security service has repeatedly prevented the seizure and search attempts by the joint investigation headquarters, there is a possibility that it will physically prevent the execution of the warrant by the joint investigation headquarters again this time.
However, as the court has stated that the application of a criminal law restricting the search on the grounds of "secret in military history" and "secret in official affairs" is an exception to this search warrant, some observers say that the situation will be different from the forced investigation.
If the government starts executing the warrant, large-scale police forces are expected to be mobilized to prevent conflicts with anti-impeachment rally participants.
