The People's Power decided to respond to the Democratic Party of Korea, which accused Kwon Sung-dong, Yoon Sang-hyun, and Na Kyung-won of propaganda of rebellion.

Park Hyung-soo, the deputy floor leader, pointed out at the floor meeting that the Democratic Party's claim is a false fact that completely distorted the legal principles, as the crime of propaganda of rebellion applies to "previous acts" of rebellion in timing.

At the same time, the ruling party asked if criticizing the Democratic Party of Korea's indiscriminate impeachment and budget cuts, saying it had never defended or promoted martial law before or after the emergency martial law.

He then said, "Is it retaliation for calling for a quick ruling by CEO Lee Jae-myung and his wife?" and stressed that doing so does not eliminate CEO Lee's judicial risk.

Earlier, the Democratic Party said it would file a complaint with the police against a total of 12 people, including four ruling party lawmakers, four ruling party city council members, and a conservative YouTuber, on charges of propaganda of civil war defending President Yoon.
