The Constitutional Court explained in a briefing today (3rd) morning that acting Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Moon Hyung-bae convened a meeting of judges on the 6th.
It also said the meeting was aimed at sharing the current situation and resolving the vacancy of various committees.
Previously, the Constitutional Court has been operating with three of the nine judges vacant since October last year, but on the 1st, judges Jeong Gye-seon and Cho Han-chang were newly inaugurated and became an eight-member system.
The Constitutional Court also explained that President Yoon Suk Yeol submitted a response to the impeachment trial earlier today,
The National Assembly also added that it has submitted answers and documents related to evidence ahead of the second hearing preparation date.Regarding the execution of the
Yoon's arrest warrant, he said there was no official position, and there were no scheduled changes in the date of pleading.
