Yes, major media outlets around the world have detailed the background and repercussions of the attempted arrest of President Yoon Suk Yeol by the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit.

The New York Times reported that the failure to arrest a president with an extremely low approval rating has led to a growing sense of helplessness among Koreans.

President Yoon also introduced the expert view that this is an additional reason for impeachment, saying that he has shown no intention of voluntarily attending the investigative agency.

The Washington Post also reported that the delay in President Yoon's arrest and detention deepened the political crisis triggered by the martial law crisis last month.

The BBC introduced an expert analysis on why it is difficult to arrest President Yoon, whose duties have been suspended due to the passage of the impeachment bill.

He noted that Park Jong-joon, the head of the bodyguard, was appointed in September last year, saying that the bodyguard was unconditionally loyal to President Yoon, not to the president's office.

With this situation in mind, there is a high possibility that major positions have been replaced with absolute loyalists in advance.

Mason Rich, a professor at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, pointed out that the security agency is loyal to President Yoon or misunderstands his constitutional role.

The Associated Press also introduced the expert opinion that the security service's duty is to protect President Yoon, but it has no authority to prevent the execution of court-issued warrants.

France's 24-hour news channel "France 24" cited a Korean media report that President Yoon left the security of his residence to the military, not the police, shortly after taking office.

They said it was these soldiers who blocked the arrest on the front line, adding that it was as if President Yoon expected this incident.

The Wall Street Journal predicted that the failure to arrest President Yoon will intensify political instability.

In particular, there is a rally for and against President Yoon's impeachment recently, and supporters of President Yoon, made up of far-right YouTubers, are calling for a righteous army to protect the president.
