Yes, the Democratic Party of Korea is demanding that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit re-enforce the arrest warrant for President Yoon as soon as possible.

First of all, the Democratic Party of Korea is holding an emergency general meeting today following yesterday (4th).

As the warrant deadline is just a day away, we will gather opinions from lawmakers to pressure the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit.

In a written briefing, spokesman Han Min-soo told President Yoon that no former president in any previous government has refused to execute court-issued warrants and that he should comply.

On the other hand, the power of the people is that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit and the court are working outside their authority.

The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit does not have the right to investigate the rebellion, and it is unfair for the court to state that the arrest warrant excludes the application of the Criminal Procedure Act, which states, "We need permission from the agency to search for secret places for military ideology and public affairs."

As the execution is pursued amid such controversy, conflicts with citizens and security agencies are inevitable, pointing out that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit should refrain from executing arrests for safety.

In addition, President Yoon has filed an injunction for suspension of validity and an objection to the arrest warrant issued, so they are confronting that it is necessary to watch it.

Regarding the schedule of the National Assembly, the opposition party is said to be pushing for a re-vote of the so-called "Both Special Prosecutors Act," including the independent counsel for civil war and the independent counsel for Kim Gun-hee, but the ruling party opposes it, right?

Yes, the opposition party is in a position to quickly re-vote the so-called Bilateral Special Prosecution Act this week.

As early as the day after tomorrow (7th), we are asking the National Assembly Speaker's Office to cooperate to present the re-vote agenda for the twin special prosecution law to the plenary session.

Even if the two bills are rejected, they are determined to reissue them immediately.

As the investigation into the alleged rebellion, including the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, has been put on hold, the investigation should be accelerated by launching a special prosecutor as soon as possible.

On the other hand, both the independent counsel and the independent counsel Kim are confronting each other, calling it unconstitutional and illegal.

Analysts say that if the special prosecution is passed, an all-round investigation is expected in the ruling camp, which reflects concerns that unilateral public opinion could be created and the camp could collapse.

However, some argue that rather than insisting on the rejection of the dual special prosecution law, it should present an amendment that adjusted the scope of the investigation and the recommendation method of the special prosecutor candidate.

If the size of the ruling party's departure vote is not small in the re-vote, the possibility of the ruling and opposition parties consulting on the actual amendment cannot be ruled out.
